On Saturday, September 20, a young grizzly was hit by a car and killed on the Swan Highway (Highway 83) near the Rumble Creek Road junction. Manley retrieved the bear; the grizzly’s carcass will be sent to the FWP Wildlife Lab in Bozeman for analysis.
