Women's Hunter Education Class Set for April in Missoula

Women new to hunting and firearms handling or those wanting to refresh their knowledge are invited to attend an April hunter education course at the Missoula Fish, Wildlife & Parks office. 

The class, scheduled for April 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., will cover all the elements of safe gun handling and hunter ethics plus survival, first aid and other outdoor tips.  All classes are held at the Missoula FWP office, 3201 Spurgin Road and will be limited to 12 students. 

The class is specifically designed for women but is open to anyone 11 years of age and over.  Interested students should call instructor Jackie Cohen at 273-3104 to register.
