Comments Sought on Prickly Pear Creek FAS Draft EA

Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking public comment on a draft environmental assessment to acquire about 36 acres along Prickly Pear Creek in Lewis and Clark County to establish a fishing access site.

The Prickly Pear Land Trust, the current landowner, has offered to donate the property in fee title to FWP. The site is located in the Helena Valley along Prickly Pear Creek 3.5 miles northeast of Helena on Olsen Road.

The draft EA is available for public viewing and comment at the FWP website under the public notices link.
