Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is soliciting a commitment from one or more local agricultural producers to lease a portion of the North Shore State Park/WMA (located on the north shore of Flathead Lake) for farming purposes for the next 3 years. The farming lease is intended to ensure the land will be properly managed as agricultural land and to provide habitat for migratory birds.

This will not be a competitive bidding process; selection will be a random drawing. If you are interested in obtaining this farming lease, please see cover letter and lease template.  The coverletter and lease are also attached below.
