The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks' Becoming an Outdoors-Woman program is sponsoring a bird identification class on March 12.
Improve your birding skills or get started in bird watching with some friendly expert help. Retired wildlife biologist and avid birder Pat Jamieson will discuss basic bird identification and how to use binoculars. Learn how field guides are organized and the best way to use them. This class is for the beginning or intermediate bird watcher. The class will meet from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Lonepine State Park. The class fee is $15.
