Enjoy a short presentation and award-winning film on the Gates of the Arctic National Park and Preserve at Montana Wild on Jan. 16 beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Former chief park ranger at Gates of the Arctic, Roger Semler, will introduce the film, which portrays a vast roadless landscape and intact ecosystem where people have lived for thousands of years. Semler is now the assistant administrator of Montana State Parks in Helena.

Montana Wild is located at 2668 Broadwater Ave., next to Spring Meadow Lake State Park off Highway 12 West. For more information call 444-9944.
