The public is invited to attend the Thompson-Fisher Liaison Team meeting between Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) and Plum Creek Timber Company (PCTC) related to the Thompson and Fisher River conservation easement that FWP holds on approximately 142,000 acres of PCTC lands in the areas of the Thompson and Fisher river valleys. The meeting is scheduled for 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on December 9, 2013, at the PCTC Kalispell office located at 2050 U.S. Highway 2 just west of Kalispell. The Liaison Team meeting is required annually by the conservation easement and provides a forum for discussion of any issues that may arise with respect to public use, land use, access issues, conditions, or other unanticipated issues related to the conservation easement lands.
