Mon Sep 25 11:23:08 MDT 2017

(BOZEMAN, Mont.)—With criteria being met under the drought management plan, Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks will reopen the last remaining closed section of the Big Hole River to fishing effective Tuesday.

This lowermost section, from Notch Bottom Fishing Access Site to the confluence with the Beaverhead River, had been under some form of restriction since July 19.

There are no longer any restrictions on southwest Montana rivers.
