All Mountain Lion Hunting To Close In Hunting Districts 210 And Series 290, 291 And Western Half Of 292

The hunting of all mountain lions in western Montana hunting districts 210, and series 290, 291 and the western half of 292 as described in the legal descriptions, Montana Regulations, Deer and Elk 2007 shall be closed to all hunting of ALL mountain lions one-half hour after sunset on Sunday, December 23, 2007.

The order halting the hunt came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota for the districts had been met.
