Applications will be available Aug. 1 for the tentatively approved tundra swan hunting permits for the 2007-08 season. Hunters may apply for a swan permit in only one flyway. The seasons are expected to run Sept. 29 –Jan. 3, 2007 in the Central Flyway and Oct. 13-Dec. 1 in the Pacific Flyway. Applications, which must be received or postmarked by Sept. 7, are available at all FWP offices, or visit FWP’s website at fwp.mt.gov . Click "Hunting." An application and the $5 drawing fee can be entered at any FWP office, or an application and the fee may be sent to: License Section, Swan Drawing, Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, P.O.
