The hunting of all mountain lions in central Montana hunting districts 416, 446, 449, 452 and 454, which includes portions of Broadwater, Cascade, Meagher and Judith Basin counties, will close one-half hour after sunset on Thursday, January 11, 2007.

The order stopping the hunt came shortly after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota for the districts combined had been met.
