Montana’s Fish, Wildlife & Parks Commission will meet Nov. 4, at FWP Headquarters, 1420 East Sixth Ave. in Helena beginning at 8:30 a.m. Information will be presented on the Beaverhead and Big Hole River recreation rulemaking process and on the elk plan. Also in the morning session, the commission will make final decisions on: * the 2005 nonresident combination license annual rule; * criteria to use should a big game season need to be extended; * selecting the organization that will conduct the 2005 moose and sheep license auction and the deer and elk license auction or lottery; * an access easement across the Lewis and Clark Heritage Greenway in Great Falls; * an emergency daily limit reduction for trout and burbot on the Clark Canyon Reservoir, * the 2005 bull trout fishing regulations; * the sauger and walleye fillet regulations on Fort Peck Reservoir in northeastern Montana; and * a proposal to allow two-line fishing on Lake Koocanusa in northwestern Montana. Tentative decisions will be made on a petition to restrict outboard motors on the Bull River in northwestern Montana and a petition for a no-wake zone on Stuart Mill Bay on Georgetown Lake near Anaconda. In the afternoon there will be a presentation and discussion on the Jefferson River fishery located in southwestern Montana.
