The Private Land/Public Wildlife (PL/PW) Council will meet in Billings at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center Dec. 15-16 to discuss the Block Management Hunter Access Program and other issues related to Montana hunting access. The 15-member council, comprised of hunters, landowners, and outfitters appointed by Gov. Martz, will meet Monday, Dec. 15, from 1– 5 p.m., and Tuesday, Dec. 16, from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. An open house where members of the public can meet council members and discuss issues is scheduled Dec. 15 from 7 – 9:00 p.m. at the Billings Hotel. The public is invited to observe all council proceedings and participate during designated times.
