The final early season migratory bird seasons and bag limits have been set for 2003 as follows:

Mourning Dove

Season: Sept. 1 – Oct. 30

Bag Limit: 15 daily and 30 in possession

 

Common Snipe

Season: Sept. 1 – Dec. 16

Bag Limit: 8 daily and 16 in possession

  Sandhill Crane

Pacific Flyway:   Sept. 6 – Sept. 14

Dillon-Twin Bridges hunt unit quota of 35,

Warm Springs hunt unit quota of 25, and

Ovando-Helmville hunt unit quota of 35

Central Flyway: Sept. 6 – Sept. 14

Wheatland-Sweet Grass hunt unit quota of 35
