Upland Game Bird Group To Meet In Great Falls

The Montana Upland Game Bird Advisory Council will meet in Great Falls at the Heritage Inn, beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 31 and April 1, to continue to develop recommendations for an upland game bird management plan.

  Jeff Hagener, director of Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, appointed the 12-member council last year. At the meeting, which will be held at the Heritage Inn, 1700 Fox Farm Rd., beginning at 8 a.m. both days, the council intends to discuss upland game bird hunter opportunity and FWP information and education efforts related to upland game birds in Montana. The council will take public comment from 1:15-1:45 p.m., on Monday, March 31.
