Shady Lane Fishing Access Site is located on the Flathead River 129 miles from the mouth on the right hand side as you face down stream. Pressentine is the next access site up stream from Shady Lane. Old Steel Bridge is the next site down stream from Shady Lane. Shady Lane is one of 6 FWP managed sites on the Flathead River. The Flathead River is a tributary of the Clark Fork River.

From Highway 35 on the east side of Kalispell turn on Shady Lane at mile post 123. Go south on Shady Lane to Conrad Dr and turn left. Park in the Old Steel Bridge FAS parking lot just before crossing the Old Steel Bridge, walk across the road and about 150 yards to the pond.   (Lat 48.211,  Lng  -114.262)
