Pelican Fishing Access Site is located on the Yellowstone River 442 miles from the mouth on the right hand side as you face down stream. Otter Creek is the next access site up stream from Pelican. Bratten is the next site down stream from Pelican. Pelican is one of 51 FWP managed sites on the Yellowstone River. .
