Last access point on the Big Horn River. Close to the mouth of the Yellowstone River.

Manuel Lisa Fishing Access Site is located on the Bighorn River 2 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face down stream. General Custer is the next access site up stream from Manuel Lisa.

I-94 Exit 49, north to Frontage Road, then 2 miles east. (Lat 46.145, Lng -107.466)
