Otter Creek Fishing Access Site is located on the Yellowstone River 454 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face down stream. Grey Bear is the next access site up stream from Otter Creek. Pelican is the next site down stream from Otter Creek. Otter Creek is one of 51 FWP managed sites on the Yellowstone River. .
