General Custer Fishing Access Site is located on the Bighorn River 24 miles from the mouth on the right hand side as you face down stream. Grant Marsh is the next access site up stream from General Custer. Manuel Lisa is the next site down stream from General Custer. General Custer is one of 8 FWP managed sites on the Bighorn River. The Bighorn River is a tributary of the Yellowstone River.
