White Bear Fishing Access Site is located on the Missouri River 2118 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face down stream. Big Bend is the next access site up stream from White Bear. Giant Springs is the next site down stream from White Bear. White Bear is one of 27 FWP managed sites on the Missouri River. .
