Spite Hill Fishing Access Site is located on the Missouri River 2190 miles from the mouth on the right hand side as you face down stream. Stickney Creek is the next access site up stream from Spite Hill. Dearborn is the next site down stream from Spite Hill. Spite Hill is one of 27 FWP managed sites on the Missouri River. .
