Mayflower Bridge Fishing Access Site is located on the Jefferson River 40 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face down stream. Kountz Bridge is the next access site up stream from Mayflower Bridge. Cardwell Bridge is the next site down stream from Mayflower Bridge. Mayflower Bridge is one of 11 FWP managed sites on the Jefferson River. The Jefferson River is a tributary of the Missouri River.
