K. Ross Toole Fishing Access Site is located on the Blackfoot River 9 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face down stream. Johnsrud Park is the next access site up stream from K. Ross Toole. Angevine is the next site down stream from K. Ross Toole. K. Ross Toole is one of 21 FWP managed sites on the Blackfoot River. The Blackfoot River is a tributary of the Clark Fork River.
