Located at West Missoula. Area includes one large and eight smaller islands on Clark Fork River, also two additioal accesses - Mullen Road and 7th street.

Kelly Island Fishing Access Site is located on the Clark Fork River 209 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face down stream. Sha-Ron is the next access site up stream from Kelly Island. Council Grove is the next site down stream from Kelly Island. Kelly Island is one of 24 FWP managed sites on the Clark Fork River. .
