Professional Pay Band: $52,070-$65,088
Must have a Juris Doctor degree, must be admitted to the Montana State Bar, plus 18 month to five years with progressive responsible experience as an attorney with some trial and administrative hearing experience. Also experience in administrative law, natural resources law, environmental policy act compliance, real estate law, water law, Indian law and personnel administration is preferred.
Professional Pay Band: $34,706-$43,383
Commercial Pilot license with ratings for single-engine and or multi-engine land, helicopter and instrument. KSA are usually acquired through FAA approved or military flight school and several years of progressively responsible experience.
Professional Pay Band: $40,100-$50,125
KSAs usually acquired through bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction technology and 4+ years experience with at least 2 years in construction engineering, landscape design and/or contract administration.
Administrative & Program Support:
Office Managers are the head of the support staff in each region. Administrative Secretaries coordinate the support in each division office in Helena Headquarters. KSAs usually acquired through high school graduation, plus 4 years progressively responsible secretarial or administrative experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.
Professional Pay Band: $31,222-$39,027
KSAs are usually acquired through a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration and 4 years progressively responsible governmental accounting and management experience including 2 years of supervisory experience over accounting functions.
