2019 UGBEP Projects Access Guide

The 2019 UGBEP Projects Access Guide (text version only) and project maps are available below to view and download during the 2019 hunting season. Hunters will find it useful to download and print the text version to accompany the project maps. The text version includes project information such as project type(s), access acres, and methods used to obtain permission to hunt.

New projects may be added throughout the year. To find up to date and current project information, please visit FWP’s Hunt Planner. Please check updates below before you head afield.**

Plan your hunt using our statewide map with upland game bird projects displayed on private and public lands. Obtaining landowners' permission to hunt upland game birds is required prior to hunting or entering any private land project area.

Get a Guide

The electronic version of the UGBEP Access Guide will be available August 13. UGBEP Access Guides will be mailed out and available in regions late August.

To request an UGBEP Projects Access Guide, please send an email along with your name, mailing address, city, state, and zip to fwpwld@mt.gov.

UGBEP Guides will be mailed up through Friday, December 21. You may also stop by regional offices to pick up a 2018 guide.
