Abstract: Furbearer Trapping Districts (2012 and 2013 Seasons)
Purpose:
Display of FWP's furbearer trapping districts. Trapping districts represent areas where beaver, bobcat, fisher, pine marten, mink, muskrat, otter and swift fox can be harvested. Wolverine districts differ from trapping districts (see the wolverine management units layer). Lynx harvest is not allowed in Montana.

Note: This layer does not depict Indian Reservations. Details regarding harvest opportunities within Indian Reservations are listed in the Hunter Access section of the regulations.
