Cliff Swallow Fishing Access Site is located on the Stillwater River 23 miles from the mouth on the right hand side as you face downstream.  Castle Rock is the next access site upstream from Cliff Swallow.  Absaroka is the next site downstream from Cliff Swallow.  Cliff Swallow is one of 9 FWP managed sites on the Stillwater River.
