IMPORTANT NOTICE - Posted July 17, 2011 Open to day use & camping. The boat ramp is accessible but silted. Boat launch 0.5 mile west of camp area.
Far West Fishing Access Site is located on the Yellowstone River 223 miles from the mouth on the left hand side as you face downstream. Rosebud East is the next access site upstream from Far West.
10 miles east of Forsyth on I-94, north at exit 102, east on Frontage Road 1 mile, north 1 mile on Hwy 446, west one mile on County Road. (Lat 46.28, Lng -106.484)
