Walk-in access only; the Red Rocks parking lot is within 75 yards of Whitaker Bridge; Red Rocks beach is about 0.5 miles upstream of the parking area.
Red Rocks Fishing Access Site is located on the Blackfoot River 19 miles from the mouth on the right hand side as you face downstream. Whitaker Bridge is the next access site upstream from Red Rocks.
