Regulation Description & Exceptions
No-wake speed All of Willow Creek arm as buoyed. North Shore and Marshall Cover within 300 feet of dock, as buoyed. Boats pulling, taking off with and landing water skiers will travel in a counterclockwise direction.

Cooney State Park River Mile: 0
Hunting Area Map Head to this reservoir 40 minutes south of Billings to boat, play in the water, camp, and fish. The most popular recreation area serving south-central Montana, it’s always a busy place in the summer. Attractions include good walleye and rainbow trout fishing, boating opportunities, and four campgrounds around the lake. The park is open year-round for other recreational opportunities. During the winter months, Cooney State Park is a great place to ice fish and cross country ski.  Seasonal. Contact the regional office for open and closure dates.  309 acre(s).
