2008 North American Wildlife Enforcement Officers Association (NAWEOA) Conference 2009 Shikar Award Nominees 2008 North American Wildlife Enforcement Officers Association (NAWEOA) Conference Shikar Winner Jeff Scott with his wife Pam
and son Drew, also an FWP warden

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks Game Warden/Regional Investigator Jeff Scott of Columbus, Montana was honored as the 2009 Montana Shikar-Safari Club International Wildlife Officer of the Year in May 2009.

Jeff received this auspicious award for his 32 years of service as an officer with Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, and his extraordinary contributions not only to law enforcement but in the areas of landowner-sportsman relations, inter-agency cooperation and overall community support. We believe he not only represents the finest of Montana’s Game Wardens, but he is also a standard-bearer for the efforts made by wardens, conservation officers and resource enforcement officers across the nation. Jeff is the first Montana Game Warden to receive this prestigious award twice—in 1983 and again in 2009.
