Montana’s fifth grade students were invited to test their artistic skills this spring and compete for some exciting prizes by participating in the 2011 Montana State Parks Poster Contest.

This year’s contest theme was "Montana State Parks: Where camping is fun!" With twenty-five parks offering camping, there are a multitude of options for the outdoor enthusiast. Campers can pitch a tent, stay in a recreational vehicle, or rent a tipi, cabin or yurt.

All Montana 5th grade students were invited to investigate the State Parks website, select a specific state park, and with their artwork, show others how much fun camping can be!
