Plenty Coups was the last principle Chief of the Crow Tribe. He was a superb horseman with a reputation as a ferocious warrior. He lived to become revered as a leader who recognized the strength in education. Several state parks have ties to our state's history; great places to learn, gain understanding, and become inspired by the rich cultural heritage we have here in Montana.
