Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park
|Description||Join us on Friday, July 12 at 8pm, for a geological journey to learn about “Layers in the Rock, Guides Through Time” with Zack Story. Find out how to use stratigraphy to create a timeline of major geological events in the area, with the caverns as a reference point to give context. The presentation will take place in the campground amphitheater.
Zack Story is a student in the Geoscience program at the University of Montana. He worked as a tour guide at the Caverns for two years, where he fostered his interest in geology, and particularly speleology.
