First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park
|Description||Hike with a Montana State Parks’ Ranger to the top of First Peoples Buffalo Jump on this guided tour along our 3.5-mile roundtrip interpretive trail.
During the hike you’ll learn about the jump’s history and how the First Peoples survived here long ago. The hike will begin and end at the park’s Visitor Center.
Participants should bring water, snacks, and hat and wear appropriate footwear for the hike. May be cancelled due to bad weather.
Cost for the hike is $4 per person.
A park entrance fee of $6.00/per vehicle applies to non-residents.
Due to the length of time and distance that will be covered walking, consider this a moderately strenuous walk.
