|Description||Join presenter Jeff Copeland for ¿Common Wetland Plants of the Missouri Headwaters¿. The wetlands of the Missouri Headwaters are home to a diversity of native and non-native plants, many of which can be found within a short distance of the camp ground at the Missouri Headwaters State Park. We will learn about some of the more common species, species that have historical, cultural, or economic importance, and species that are used to indicate wetland habitat types and the health of the wetlands. A short stroll through the campground and nearby wetland habitat will take place after the presentation.
