Elissa Chott from the Great Bear Foundation will present Bear Basics: Ecology and Biology of Montana¿s Grizzly and Black Bears at Frenchtown Pond State Park on Saturday, August 26th from 7pm-8pm.
Montana is home to both grizzly and black bears that fill important ecological niches. Come learn bear biology, ecology, how to identify bear foods and sign, distinguish the difference between the two species, and see tracks, hides and skulls!
