DescriptionCelebrate National Get Outdoors Day at Lone Pine State Park! June 8, Lone Pine State Park is partnering with community businesses and organizations to provide valuable information and fun activities to help you enjoy the great outdoors of the Flathead Region.

Try archery, biking, kayaking and stand up paddle boards! Get helpful tips about accessing the extensive backcountry of northwest Montana, or exploring your own backyard. Our partners offer something for everyone interested in spending time outdoors including outdoor photography, field education, gardening, horse travel, and more!

Be sure to sign up for the raffle at Get Outdoors Day, full of prize donations from our partners.

Lone Pine State Park is located 5 miles southwest of Kalispell and offers one of the most vivid views of the valley, 7.5 miles of trails, and a beautiful interpretive center that provides information on living in a wildlife urban interface. Additional amenities include a picnic shelter and a community room, which are both available to rent, as well as a volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and an archery range. Furthermore, Lone Pine offers a fantastic variety of educational and interpretive programs.
