| Description | "Mammal Tracks and Plaster Casts" - Learn to identify common Montana wildlife tracks, then capture them in a plaster cast. We will explore how to find and recognize prints, and even discover what an animal was doing by observing its tracks. Then we will make some plaster casts that participants can take home with them. For all ages (children must be accompanied by an adult).
Activities will be led by Robin Patten, a naturalist and AmeriCorps Member at Lewis and Clark Caverns. Meet at the Campground Amphiteather. |
