Flathead Reservation Fish & Wildlife Board
The Tribes and the State agree to establish a cooperative management board for the development of cooperative management plans which include fishing and bird hunting regulations. The Board's membership consists of seven representatives, three appointed by the Tribal Council and three appointed by the State's Governor. The seventh member must be an employee of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and must be mutually agreed upon by the Tribal Council and the State's Governor.
